Data Engineer at First Resonance

Eric Iosco is currently a Data Engineer at First Resonance. Eric has previously worked as an NPI Operations Lifecycle Manager at Apple, a Supply Chain Systems Engineer at SpaceX, and as a Summer Intern at NASA Marshall Space Flight Center.

Eric has always been interested in technology and how it can be used to improve people's lives. This led him to study engineering in college. After graduating, they landed their first job at NASA Marshall Space Flight Center. Eric worked in the command center for International Space Station science research payloads. Eric also collaborated with subsystem teams to identify off-nominal conditions and mitigation strategies for a unmanned aerial system project used to train engineers in project management.

After a few years at NASA, Eric decided to switch gears and join the private sector. Eric took a position at SpaceX as a Supply Chain Systems Engineer. Eric was responsible for managing the supply chain for SpaceX's Falcon 9 rockets and Dragon spacecraft. Eric was also responsible for developing and implementing new supply chain management systems.

In 2019, Eric left SpaceX to join Apple as an NPI Operations Lifecycle Manager. In this role, they were responsible for managing the new product introduction process for Apple's hardware products. Eric also helped develop and implement new quality control procedures.

Eric is currently working as a Customer Success Engineer at First Resonance. In this role, they are responsible for helping customers troubleshoot issues with their Resonance products. Eric is also responsible for providing technical support and training to customers.

Eric Iosco has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Alabama.
