Andrew Bielakowski has extensive experience in environmental compliance and cultural resources management. Andrew has held various leadership positions throughout their career, including Director of Environmental Compliance and Federal Preservation Officer at the First Responder Network Authority, Program Director at ERM: Environmental Resources Management, Senior Project Manager at Merjent, Inc., and Project Manager at Natural Resource Group. Their expertise includes managing federal, state, and local permitting, conducting environmental field surveys, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Andrew has also worked on numerous large-scale development and maintenance projects in the telecommunications, oil and gas, power, and mining industries. Prior to their current roles, they served as a Principal Investigator/Archaeological Program Manager at 106 Group, a Project Archaeologist at The Louis Berger Group, a Conservator/Historic Preservationist at Conservation Solutions, Inc., and a Field Supervisor/Project Archaeologist at Earth Imaging Associates. Andrew has also worked for the United States Department of Defense and the U.S. Forest Service. Andrew Bielakowski has a diverse education history. Andrew holds a Master of Arts degree in Archaeology, with a focus on Near and Middle Eastern Civilizations, from the University of Toronto. Andrew also has a Master of Science degree in Ecology, Land Resources & Environmental Sciences from Montana State University-Bozeman.
