David Rogers

Senior Public Safety Advisor at First Responder Network Authority

David Rogers has extensive experience in law enforcement and military service, currently serving as a Supervisory Special Agent and FirstNet Program Manager at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) since October 2007. Rogers has held multiple leadership roles within the FBI, including Unit Chief in the Operational Technology Division and Special Agent focusing on national security and violent crimes. In addition to FBI duties, Rogers works as a Senior Public Safety Advisor at the First Responder Network Authority. Prior military experience includes serving as a Major in the US Army Reserves and as a Captain in the US Army, where contributions included critical roles in emergency response following Hurricane Katrina. David Rogers holds a History degree from McDaniel College.
