Kristian Jovanovic

Kristian Jovanovic is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in federal contracting and management. Currently serving as a Senior Procurement Analyst at the First Responder Network Authority since December 2017, Jovanovic has held significant roles including Senior Procurement Executive at the U.S. Small Business Administration and Director of the Office of Management Services at the Federal Maritime Commission. Previous positions also include leadership in acquisition at ATF and senior contracting roles at the Department of Homeland Security and Naval Air Systems Command. Jovanovic holds a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies in Political Science and Spanish from Arizona State University and an M.B.A. in Global Management from the University of Phoenix, along with specialized training in contract management from the Defense Acquisition University and the Federal Acquisition Institute.
