First Responder Network Authority
Tracey Murdock is a Senior Public Safety Advisor at the First Responder Network Authority (FirstNet) since January 2016, where Tracey plays a pivotal role in developing a nationwide broadband network focused on public safety. Prior to this position, Tracey served as Region Program Director for the Department of Defense from September 2006 to January 2016, emphasizing emergency management. Tracey also has a distinguished career in the US Navy, having attained the rank of Captain in the Navy Supply Corps from May 1985 to July 2012. Additional experience includes roles as Managing Partner at InnoMerc, LLC from 2004 to 2006, and Project Manager at Radix Marine from 2002 to 2004. Tracey holds a Master's degree in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Washington, along with graduate work from the University of Wyoming. Advanced education was further pursued at the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business from 2019 to 2021.
