Elena Raileanu

Elena Raileanu, currently working at First Rung Ltd since June 2021, serves as the Learning, Support and Guidance Coordinator (SEN Lead) responsible for assessing needs of high-needs learners and developing tailored plans to support their growth. Previously, Elena worked at Langdon as an Employment Opportunities Coordinator and holds a Master's degree in Clinical and Health Psychology from UCL and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Educational Sciences from Universitatea „Alexandru Ioan Cuza” din Iași.
