Mike Elles has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry, with roles including Vice President at Republic Bank from 1995 to 2004, Vice President, Business Banking at Stock Yards Bank & Trust from 2004 to 2008, and VP - Commercial Lending at First Savings Bank, Indiana starting in 2008.

Mike Elles completed their Bachelor's Degree at Indiana University Bloomington from 1985 to 1989. Prior to that, they attended Southwestern High School in Hanover, IN, from 1981 to 1985.
