Andrew Gates

Andrew Gates has a diverse work experience in building services engineering. Andrew started their career at Complete Building Services in Washington DC, where they worked at the Japanese Embassy from 2007 to 2010. In 2010, they joined Lincoln Property Company as a Building Services Engineer, where they maintained a 300,000 square foot building and then transitioned to become a Lead Engineer, overseeing 600,000 square feet of commercial buildings. Andrew continued their career at Complete Building Services as a Building Services Engineer from 2010 to 2013. Most recently, they worked at First Service Networks as the Chief Engineer starting in October 2017.

Andrew Gates attended Calvert High School from 1999 to 2003. While in high school, they studied Electrical 1, 2, and 3, as well as Votech Auto Tech 1, 2, 3, and Welding 1, 2. In April 2012, they obtained a certification from the Esco Institute, an EPA-approved institution.
