Dee Sequeira

Dee Sequeira, CPHR, has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and industries. Dee has held various roles in human resources, with a focus on talent acquisition, diversity hiring, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development. Dee has worked at companies such as First Solar, TSYS, Landis+Gyr, B13, The Omni Group - Omni Facilities Management, and Unze London. Dee'sexperience includes leading HR teams, managing HR operations, designing and implementing recruitment processes, and overseeing training and development programs. Dee has also demonstrated expertise in cross-cultural team management and using HR systems such as Workday.

Dee Sequeira, CPHR (She/Her/Hers) holds a Master in Business Administration in Human Resources Development from the University of Wales. Dee also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature, Psychology from St. Xavier's College.
