Nivedha Shankar

Nivedha Shankar is an experienced Human Resources professional with a background in various roles within the field. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at First Solar since February 2022, Nivedha has managed the full cycle of recruiting and onboarding for a significant Greenfield project. Previous experience includes a position as District Coordinator for the Government of Tamil Nadu, where Nivedha successfully managed recruiting processes and collaborated with hiring managers. As a Human Resources Supervisor at Sri Rama Jeyam Industries, Nivedha developed HR policies, maintained payroll records, and led a team in completing major HR projects. Early career experience as a Human Resources Associate at Arsha Vidya Mandir School included directing hiring and onboarding programs.
