Norman Wright

Norman Wright has over 25 years of experience in the customer service and customer experience industry. Norman is currently an independent director at First Solar, and was previously with UnitedHealth Group, Citi, and Accenture. Norman has a proven track record in driving increases in customer satisfaction, decreases in operating expense, and increases in revenue generation. Norman is a strategic thinker with a passion for improving the customer experience.
