Rebecca VanDenk is a seasoned professional in talent management and organizational development, currently serving as a Sr. Talent Management & Learning Specialist at First Solar since February 2008. In this role, Rebecca has standardized training programs for newly hired and promoted managers while designing leadership initiatives that align with strategic corporate goals and enhance associate engagement.
