Rhonda Grimm

Rhonda Grimm has a diverse work experience. Rhonda started their career in the US Army as a Single Channel Radio Operator from 1985 to 1988. Then, they worked at La-Z-Boy Incorporated as a Lead Technical Writer for eight years, from 2001 to 2009. Currently, they are working at First Solar as an Information Technology Lead since November 2010.

Rhonda Grimm has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Scientific and Technical Communication from Bowling Green State University, which was obtained in 2000. Additionally, they hold several certifications including Change Management Certification from Prosci, Developing Software Using Design Thinking from SAP, and UX Master Certification from Nielsen Norman Group, which were obtained in 2020, 2017, and 2016 respectively.
