Robyn Sautter

Robyn Sautter, MBA, CCEP, currently serves as the Deputy Chief Compliance Officer and Senior Manager for Compliance & Ethics at First Solar since October 2023. Prior to this role, Robyn held multiple positions at Materion Corporation from April 2008 to October 2023, including Director of Ethics & Compliance, where responsibilities encompassed the management of the global Ethics & Compliance Program and Export Compliance Program. Additional roles at Materion included Manager of Sales Administration & Compliance and Export Compliance/International Contracts Administrator. Robyn began a career at HoneyBaked Foods Inc. from July 1998 to December 2006 as Customer Relations Manager and was a member of Senior Management, focusing on customer satisfaction and maintaining quality assurance standards. Educational credentials include an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Bowling Green State University, obtained between 2013 and 2015, and a BA in Communication from The University of Toledo, graduated in 1997.
