Claudia Curtis

Claudia Curtis is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in ethics, compliance, and employment law. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer at BD since March 2004, Claudia has held multiple roles within the company, including Chief Counsel for Employment and Privacy, Chief Employment Counsel, Senior Employment Counsel, and Senior Counsel. Prior to BD, Claudia worked as an associate at Benetar Bernstein Schair and Stein and gained leadership experience as Executive Director of The BELL Foundation. Claudia's legal career began as an associate at Paul Hastings Janofsky & Walker LLP and Proskauer Rose LLP. Claudia holds a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
