Prior to their current position, Andrew held roles as a Scientist at Sealed Air Diversey Care and as a Formulation Chemist working as a contractor through Lab Support. Andrew's expertise includes product development, quality control testing, and formulation improvements in the chemical industry. Andrew obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Bacteriology and Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
