LeAnn Vance currently serves as an Administrator at Propeller Talent LLC, specializing in recruiting top executives for industrial services and manufacturing companies. Additionally, LeAnn is a Lead Teaching Artist at First Stage, working on arts-in-education programming in the Greater Milwaukee area.
