D. Joe Caffee

D. Joe Caffee is currently serving as the President & CEO of First State Bank since September 2014. Prior to this role, D. Joe Caffee held the position of Senior VP/Director at First Bank of Berne from October 2002 to September 2014. D. Joe Caffee also has experience as an Agricultural Science and Business Teacher at Bellmont High School and Northeastern Wayne School Corporation. D. Joe Caffee holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Education from Purdue University and a Graduate School of Banking degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
