Angela Fleming, PHR, SHRM-CP, has over two decades of experience in human resources and administration. Currently serving as AVP and Human Resources Officer at First State Bank & Trust since March 2002, Angela previously held the roles of Human Resources Generalist, Manager of Administration, and Technical Recruiter at Carlson/New Resources Corporation from August 2000 to December 2001. Angela earned a Bachelor of Social Welfare (BSW) degree in Social Services from The University of Kansas between 1997 and 2000.
