Katrina Mcphee

Katrina McPhee currently serves as Group Executive of Communication and Advocacy and Chief of Staff at Aware Super since September 2020. Prior to this role, Katrina held various positions at First State Super from April 2018 to September 2020, including Head of Strategy & Enablement for Member Growth and National Manager of Business Development Enablement. Katrina's experience also includes roles at VicSuper from June 2011 to April 2018, where positions ranged from Manager of Employer Engagement to Employer Relationships Adviser. Earlier in their career, Katrina worked as a Financial Planner at Access Financial Management and held advisory roles at ASP Portfolio Managers and Timbercorp in business development. Katrina McPhee earned a Master of Applied Finance from FINSIA, studying from 2004 to 2012.
