Leo Pola

Leo Pola is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and member engagement. Currently serving as a Business Development Consultant at Aware Super since April 2023, Leo previously held roles at First State Super, progressing from Member Engagement Consultant to Senior Member Engagement Consultant from May 2016 to April 2023. Prior experience includes teaching roles at Thomastown Meadows School, where responsibilities involved curriculum implementation and student progress evaluation, and positions at MLC and Aviva plc focusing on relationship management and customer service support for advisers.
