Dan Baird

Dan Baird is an experienced professional currently serving as a Case Manager at First Step House since March 2019. Prior to this role, Dan worked in the mortgage industry, holding various positions including Mortgage Loan Originator at North Star Mortgage and Academy Mortgage Corporation, and Vice President of Mortgage Lending at Guaranteed Rate. Dan began a lengthy tenure as Branch Manager at Republic Mortgage Home Loans in 2002. In addition to extensive work experience, Dan is pursuing education at the University of Utah, with an anticipated graduation in May 2024.
