Patricia Gestoso-Souto Inclusive Ai Innovation

Patricia Gestoso-Souto is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in scientific and technical customer support, currently serving as the Global Director at BIOVIA, where responsibilities include ensuring world-class customer experiences for various scientific applications. In addition, Patricia founded Gestoso Consulting to assist leaders in creating inclusive tech environments and serves in multiple advisory and board roles, including contributions to the Booth Centre, European Women on Boards, and We and AI. With a strong academic background, holding a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Université Laval and two degrees in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Simón Bolívar, Patricia is dedicated to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion within technology and leadership through mentoring and advocacy initiatives.
