Kiesha Watson

Kiesha Watson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in healthcare and sales engineering. Currently serving as a Sales Engineering Intern at Careerist since March 2023, Kiesha has completed over 100 hours of training and applied technical skills in pre-sales support, customer discovery, and proposal strategies. Since January 2015, Kiesha has worked at Superior HealthPlan as a Service Coordinator, managing a case load of 250 members while also performing supervisory and data analysis functions. In addition to these roles, Kiesha has extensive nursing experience at First Steps Pediatric Therapy Specialists, providing in-home nursing care, and previously held positions in medical billing and insurance, demonstrating a strong foundation in healthcare operations and patient support.
