Julie Hernandez

Julie Hernandez is an experienced professional in Human Resources and graphic design, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at EagleCrest Recovery since April 2019, and as Human Resource Director for First Steps Recovery and SOCAL DETOX, LLC since August 2017 and January 2013 respectively. With a strong background in partnering with leadership on employee-related business decisions, supporting development and succession planning, and managing payroll processes, Julie has held multiple Human Resources Director positions, including at Saddleback Recovery, LLC until January 2021. In addition to HR roles, Julie is the owner and graphic designer at Design Star Media since 2003, specializing in brand development and print production across various media platforms. Julie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Design from San Diego State University and an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Palomar College.
