Helena Cawley

Helena Cawley is experienced in legal and business development roles, having worked as General Counsel, Head of Legal and Business Development, Director of Business Development and Legal Affairs, and Associate General Counsel at First Street. Prior to that, Helena served as President of HABIT Advisors, a company specializing in workplace diversity and inclusion training programs. Helena also co-founded and led Uplift Studios as CEO, focusing on empowering women through fitness and social activities. Helena began their legal career as an Associate at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP after earning their JD from New York University School of Law and a BA in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania.
