Alysha Hunke

Alysha Hunke, PHR, has a diverse work experience in human resources. Alysha is currently working at First Student as a Workday HR Ops Support & Help Functional Lead and has previously held roles as a Human Resources Information System Supervisor and a Human Resources Information System Analyst II. Alysha also has experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist II at First Student, where they provided exceptional customer service and supported leadership on recruiting related matters. Prior to their time at First Student, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Nacogdoches Memorial Health, where they managed recruitment and selection processes and developed orientation and compliance programs. Alysha also worked as a Human Resources Analyst at the City of El Paso, where they managed various HR functions and provided administrative support. Earlier in their career, they gained experience as a Business Office Associate at CarMax.

Alysha Hunke, PHR, holds a Bachelor's degree in Financial Economics from the University of Maryland Baltimore County (2016-2019) and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Anne Arundel Community College (2014-2016). Additionally, they have obtained the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HRCI in January 2022 and is currently pursuing Diversity and Inclusion Manager Training from First Student, to be obtained in 2023.
