Kevin Grady

Kevin Grady has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Kevin started their career at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where they worked as a Branch Rental Manager from 2014 to 2017. In this role, they were responsible for developing and training employees, marketing to corporate accounts, and implementing new sales plans to improve branch performance.

Following their time at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Kevin joined DataComm Electronics as a Regional Sales Manager from 2017 to 2020.

In 2020, they transitioned to ICS Security Services, where they served as a Business Development Manager until 2022.

Kevin's current role is as the Director of Professional Resources Operations at First Team Staffing Services, Inc. in 2022. In this position, they focus on the placement of higher-end professional and skilled trade labor positions, working to help businesses find the right talent for their teams.

Kevin Grady attended the University of South Carolina Aiken from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing.
