Deb Wright

Deb Wright has extensive work experience in the financial services industry. Deb started their career in 1987 at Toyota Financial Services, where they worked as an Operations Manager until 2001. During this time, they managed branch operations, trained associates, and ensured compliance with corporate objectives. From 2002 to 2008, Deb worked at Fireside Bank as an Operations Manager and Senior Assistant Branch Manager, overseeing internal branch operations and optimizing funding processes. Deb then joined United Advantage Northwest FCU as a Collection Manager from 2008 to 2011.

In 2012, Deb joined First Tech Federal Credit Union and held various roles over the years. Deb started as a Recovery Program Manager in the Special Asset Management division and later became a Foreclosure Program Manager. In 2013, they transitioned to become the Manager of the Indirect Loan Processing Department, where they ensured loan package accuracy and met established goals. From 2014 to 2017, Deb served as the Senior Manager of Indirect Underwriting, responsible for loan volume and profitability while minimizing risk. Deb'smost recent role at First Tech was as the Senior Director of Indirect Lending Operations, where they created and delivered business plans, drove projects, and provided oversight and direction aligned with credit union expectations.
