Jason Heupel has a wealth of experience in executive roles focused on customer experience and operations. Most recently, they served as the Chief Experience Officer at First Tech Federal Credit Union. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Customer Experience at Aspiration. Jason also served as the Executive of Operations at CoreLogic, where they led transformational efforts in creating a World Class Customer Experience Organization. Jason has significant experience in contact center operations, having served as the VP of Contact Center Operations at Capital One 360 / ING Direct for almost a decade. Before that, they held various roles at ING Direct, including Head of Customer Experience, Head of Contact Center Strategy, and Sales Leader/Sales Associate. Earlier in their career, Jason served as a Sales Manager and Recruiter at CNET & Northland.

Jason Heupel completed their Bachelor's Degree in BAS, Management, with a Minor in Minority Studies from The College of St. Scholastica from 1995 to 1998.
