Kayla Batey is a seasoned Core Operations Program Manager at First Tech Federal Credit Union, with extensive experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration. Since joining First Tech in November 2020, Kayla has successfully led high-impact projects, managed the Fiserv relationship, and developed resources to enhance operational efficiency.
