Kyle Miller

Kyle Miller has a strong background in compliance and risk management. Kyle is currently working as the VP Compliance at First Tech Federal Credit Union, where they lead the consumer compliance, privacy, and BSA/AML programs. Kyle is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and enhancement of the credit union's Compliance Management System. Prior to this, Kyle worked at Umpqua Bank, where they held various positions, including Senior Vice President - Enterprise Risk Manager and Vice President - Compliance Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for managing compliance operations, developing and implementing compliance policies, and coordinating compliance activities across business units. Before Umpqua Bank, Kyle worked at Pacific Savings Bancorp as a Management Consultant, where they were involved in obtaining regulatory approval and raising capital for the acquisition of a savings and loan institution. Kyle also held roles at LIME Financial as an AVP - Project Manager/Policy & Procedure Administrator and at Washington Mutual as a Publications Specialist. Kyle started their career at Pacific One Bank as an ACH Specialist, where they developed and implemented procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the ACH system.

Kyle Miller obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Alfred University, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. In 2011, they received a certification as a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager from ICBA. Additionally, in April 2019, they obtained a certification as a Certified SAFe® 4 Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc.
