Michael Bechert

Michael Bechert currently serves as the Director North America Partner Lead for Kohl's at Nike, where responsibilities include driving business strategy and managing a team in Chicago. Previously, Michael held the position of North America Specialty Sales Director for Nike Golf, focusing on strategy development and team engagement. Michael's experience at Nike began as a Sales Representative, later progressing to Marketplace Director, where management of sales representatives and significant sales revenue was achieved. Additionally, Michael is actively involved with the First Tee – Greater Chicago, promoting golf and life lessons to youth through mentorship and community engagement. Education includes a Blockchain Technology and Application Certificate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, alongside a Master's degree in Management from Fontbonne University and undergraduate studies at Western Kentucky University.
