Nicole Pielli

Nicole Pielli is driven by interdisciplinary collaboration and strategy. She advises all members across First Tek’s team on a wide array of legal issues to ensure risks are mitigated, conflicts are resolved efficiently, and the company maintains compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Her daily objective is to simplify legal complexities for First Tek’s teams to continue streamlining successful outcomes. Nicole has previous experience with Deloitte, multiple law firms around the United States, Planned Parenthood, and New York State projects with progressive responsibility, including meeting state metrics, securing millions of dollars in funding, and ensuring data security compliance of multi-county medical networks. Nicole is motivated by driving results and initiating new ideas that are outside the status quo. Her specialties include Litigation, Landlord Tenant Law, Data Privacy, Tax, and Real Estate. She places particular value on her international professional network. Nicole’s proactive vision, formidable judgment, and strong grasp of policy development and implementation serve to guide First Tek’s direction and steady successful expansion.

Nicole holds a Bachelor’s degree in Politics and Government from the University of Hartford, and a Juris Doctor from the Pennsylvania State Dickinson School of Law. Nicole is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and New York. She proudly sits on the Alumni Board of Directors at the University of Hartford, where she maintains multiple advisory roles. In her limited spare time, Nicole enjoys traveling with her family, theater, and mentoring high school and college students in preparing for their careers.
