Lucy Meade

Lucy Meade is an experienced risk management and compliance professional currently serving as the Head of Audit Risk and Compliance at TransPennine Express since June 2024. Lucy has designed risk frameworks aligned with ISO31000 and developed a custom risk management reporting tool using Tableau. Prior to this role, Lucy was a Corporate Governance Business Partner at Arriva Rail North where responsibilities included risk management, compliance coordination, and audit facilitation. Lucy also served as a Finance Manager for Major Projects at Arriva, overseeing financial aspects of rail network improvements. Earlier experience includes positions as an Internal Auditor and Financial Accounting Assistant at Northern Rail Limited, where Lucy conducted internal audits and managed various accounting tasks. Lucy holds multiple degrees in accounting and finance, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Music Production from the University of Huddersfield.
