Genie Haynes

Genie Haynes serves as the Vice President and Learning and Development Officer at First United Bank since March 2017, bringing over 20 years of experience in training and development. Prior to this role, Genie held the position of Assistant Vice President and Training Manager at Texas Capital Bank from March 2006 to March 2017, where responsibilities included delivering comprehensive blended learning solutions and managing the bank’s annual compliance training program. Genie also worked as Training Director at PDS Tech, Inc., where live classroom training was provided for large groups. Earlier career experience includes developing research processes at Sally White & Associates and maintaining animal habitats for the City of Dallas. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Texas A&M University-Commerce and attendance at the Stagen Leadership Academy in 2023.
