Justin Melander

Justin Melander has a diverse background in human resources, with experience in various industries such as real estate, finance, and construction. Justin currently holds the position of Senior Vice President Human Resources at First Washington Realty. Prior to this, Justin served as Managing Director of Human Resources at State Department Federal Credit Union. Justin has also held HR roles at Promontory Financial Group, Dragados USA, and Bovis Lend Lease. Justin began their career as an intern at FDIC. Justin is a graduate of Cornell University's Strategic Human Resources Leadership Program and holds a B.S. in Public Administration from James Madison University.
