Ashlee Weisser

Ashlee Weisser serves as the Senior Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at First Watch Restaurants since October 2023. Prior to this role, Ashlee was the Chief Financial Officer at Raney's LLC and Maple Street Biscuit Company, where responsibilities included overseeing all aspects of finance and leading various teams focused on financial planning, product analysis, and marketing strategy. Ashlee's extensive experience at Bloomin' Brands, Inc. involved leadership roles across Outback Steakhouse and numerous other brands, primarily centered around analytics, insights, and finance. Earlier in the career, at Red Robin, Ashlee managed finance and insights functions, drove consumer strategy, and contributed to women's excellence initiatives. Ashlee holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Florida and an MBA in Finance and Management from Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College.
