Dan Jones is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the restaurant and beverage industries. Currently serving as Chief Operations Officer at First Watch Restaurants and previously holding the same title at CAVA, Dan has demonstrated strong leadership capabilities. Prior roles at Starbucks included Regional Director of Operations and Director of Strategic Coffee Equipment, showcasing a diverse skill set in operational management. Dan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from Kennesaw State University and furthered education at the UW Foster School of Business from 2012 to 2014.
