Eric Hartman

Eric Hartman serves as the Chief Development Officer at First Watch Restaurants since November 2016, where responsibilities include strategic planning, site selection, and facilities management. Additionally, Eric holds the position of Chairman of the Board and Owner/President at SEVA Development Services, LLC, focusing on forming strategic partnerships and contributing to community development through various projects. Prior to these roles, Eric was with Bloomin' Brands, Inc. for over a decade, holding several vice president positions that encompassed real estate and development. Eric began a professional career at URS Corporation, progressing from Project Engineer to Project Manager. Eric earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of South Florida.
