Jessica Replogle

Jessica Replogle currently serves as Vice President of Special Projects at First Watch Restaurants, where leadership encompasses strategic growth initiatives and oversight of the restaurant experience brand team. With a strong marketing background, Jessica has successfully directed various roles including Senior Director of Marketing, where significant rebranding for The Egg & I Franchise was achieved, and Director of New Restaurant Opening Success, developing marketing strategies that drive sales in new markets. Prior experiences include account management at Arnold Worldwide and internships at multiple agencies. Jessica holds a BS in Communication with a major in Advertising from Florida State University, and has furthered education through Harvard Business School Executive Education. A personal endeavor includes a world travel sabbatical that enhanced a global perspective.
