Lisa Schmitke, CPHR has a diverse work experience in HR and banking, with their most recent role being the Director of HR Operations & Solutions at First West Credit Union. Lisa has held various HR management positions, including roles such as Sr. Manager Employee Insights & HR Technology, Sr. Human Resources Business Partner, and Learning and Development Advisor.
