Damian Sevilla

Damian Sevilla has extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry. Damian is currently the Vice President at First Western Properties, a role they assumed in 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Leasing Manager at Bridge 33 Capital from 2021 to 2022, where they were responsible for leasing, renewals, budgeting, forecasting, merchandising, and financial modeling. Damian served as Vice President at Kidder Mathews from 2016 to 2021, handling leasing and sales in the Seattle area for international, national, regional, and local clients. Damian also held the position of Senior Associate Broker at Colliers International from 2011 to 2016, specializing in leasing, sales, and strategic consulting. Damian has a background in property management as well, having worked as a Senior Associate Broker at Ewing & Clark, Inc. from 2005 to 2011 and as an Assistant Property Manager at Harbor Properties from 2000 to 2005. Additionally, Damian has been involved with Community for Youth, serving as a Board of Directors member and past president from 2010 to 2015.

Damian Sevilla completed their high school education at High School Seattle Prep from 1990 to 1992, earning a Diploma. Damian then pursued their Bachelor's degree in Drama at the University of Washington from 1993 to 1997. In 1992, prior to attending Seattle Prep, Damian had a brief stint at Seattle University. In 2013, they participated in Project Lead, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this experience.
