Andrew Pickard is a Business Analyst II at First Western Trust, responsible for driving enterprise solution development and streamlining data request processes by collaborating with both business users and technical teams. Previously, as a Fiduciary Analyst II, Andrew compiled and enhanced reporting for the Trust Committee, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Responsibilities as a Fiduciary Analyst I included managing key business activity reporting for committee meetings and supporting the local Trust Officer with administrative tasks. Prior to First Western Trust, Andrew worked as a Facilities and Equipment Maintenance Assistant and Instructor at the University of Colorado Boulder. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Finance, as well as a Certificate in Operations and Information Management from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business.
