Kirstin L. Jones, MBA has extensive experience in finance, public engagement, and government affairs. In 2021, they were appointed Chief of Staff at First Women's Bank. From 2018 to 2021, they served at the Obama Foundation as Deputy Chief of Staff of Finance & Public Engagement, where they designed new processes, facilitated business diversity efforts, and implemented tech application advancements. From 2015 to 2016, they were Associate at the Presidential Personnel at The White House, where they performed due diligence research on candidates, drafted Presidential Memorandums, and prepared biographies of candidates. From 2013 to 2015, they were Intern Review Associate at The White House, where they spearheaded the selection process and on-boarding of candidates for the White House Internship Program. From 2011 to 2013, they were Government Affairs Intern at UPS, where they organized briefing materials, performed research, and coordinated logistics for various meetings. In 2011, they were Intern at the DC Scholars Program, Office of Public Engagement at The White House, where they were selected as one of eight DC public high school students to intern during the Obama Administration as a D.C. Scholar.
Kirstin L. Jones, MBA has a diverse educational background. Kirstin L. began their academic career at Benjamin Banneker AHS, where they obtained their High School Diploma in 2011. Kirstin L. then attended Barnard College and Columbia University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics in 2015. In April 2019, they obtained a Certificate of Nonprofit Management from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Most recently, they completed a Master of Business Administration - MBA from the Quinlan School of Business, Loyola University Chicago in 2022, as a Baumhart Scholar - Social Impact.
