Courtney Draijer

Courtney Draijer is an experienced Event Technology Manager currently working at FIRST since September 2022. Prior to this role, Courtney held the position of Analyst in Global Conferences & Events at Ares Management Corporation from January 2022 to June 2022. Courtney's career at FIRST began in February 2018, progressing from Associate Event Technology Manager to Event Technology Coordinator during time spent supporting Goldman Sachs events. Earlier experience includes serving as Conference & Training Coordinator at AdCare Educational Institute of New England from June 2016 to February 2018 and as Special Event Manager at the University of Massachusetts from September 2014 to May 2016. Courtney earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2015.
