Dimitris Asimis

Dimitris Asimis is a seasoned resource manager and event production lead with extensive experience in managing high-quality service delivery for prominent organizations, including Google and Deutsche Bank. Currently serving as Resource Manager for the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions at FIRST since March 2018, Dimitris is responsible for overseeing successful event operations and client interactions. Previous roles include Event Production Lead at Dreamtek and Event Manager at AVMI, where responsibilities included planning and executing events for C-Level executives. Dimitris began a career as an Audio Visual Technician at the Royal Bank of Scotland and has a background in audio engineering since 1994, complemented by a BSc (Hons) in Music Systems Engineering and an MA in Record Production.
