Annabel Joor is an experienced patissier with a strong background in pastry and dessert production. Currently working at Conscious Hotels since August 2019 and at The Harbour Club since January 2019, Annabel has also been involved in various roles at Hotel Okura Amsterdam as a pupil in patisserie since September 2016, and briefly assisted Craig Allibone in November 2018 with the production of bonbons, macarons, and dessert pastries. Previous experience includes serving as a first staff member in the service department and a service staff member at Fletcher Hotels between 2013 and 2017. Annabel completed level 4 degrees in Bread and Pastry at ROC Amsterdam in 2017 and from 2014 to 2017.
