Felicia Mulhearn

Felicia Mulhearn is a seasoned professional in event management and marketing, currently serving as Vice President of Event Delivery at FIRST since December 2025. Prior to this role, Felicia held the position of Head of Events for North America and APAC at American Express Global Business Travel from November 2023 to December 2025. Experience includes leading operations at FCM Meetings & Events from December 2019 to November 2023, and managing event marketing at Brandwatch and Flight Centre Travel Group. Felicia's career began at LVMH Watches & Jewelry as a Public Relations and Events Coordinator, complemented by earlier roles including Store Manager at Ruby and Jenna and a Public Relations Intern at Berk Communications. Felicia holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications/Public Relations from Kean University, earned between 2010 and 2014.
