Natalya Davydovych

Natalya Davydovych has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Natalya is currently serving as the Regional People & Culture Director, Americas at FIRST since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Splice from May 2022 to January 2023. From November 2019 to June 2022, Natalya worked as a Senior People Business Partner at FIRST. Before that, they served as a Human Resources Manager at Millennium Hilton NYC One UN Plaza from August 2017 to November 2019 and at Waldorf Astoria New York from April 2015 to August 2017. Natalya began their career as a Human Resources Generalist at Lyubomyla from October 2012 to February 2013 and worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at TEKHENERGO from March 2009 to June 2010.

Natalya Davydovych holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, which they obtained in 2009. Natalya then pursued a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the same university from 2009 to 2010. In 2011, they attended London Metropolitan University, where they obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in International Human Resource Management in 2012. Additionally, they obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in 2019.
